Any person under the age of 13 is not qualified to use any service on this Site. Video News Live has the right to terminate your access to the Website, in its sole discretion, immediately and with or without cause.

Some features of this Site require you to create an account. When creating your account you must provide complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account as well as keeping your account password secure. You may never use another user's account without permission from that user. In the case of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Video News Live IMMEDIATELY. We will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account; however you may be liable for the losses of Video News Live or other users due to such unauthorized use.

Video News Live provides services and content to its users free of charge. Video News Live offers third party content to users, which redirects this user to the corresponding third party's website. Users can also upload videos to Video News Live, submit video news links to third party sites and suggest new third party providers. You agree that in order to provide you this service and in order to keep it free, Video News Live can place advertisements into any interface or page within this Site's domain. Such advertisements are under Video News Live's sole and absolute control and may not be removed for any reason. Video News Live reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any or all Services, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Video News Live may also impose regulations or limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

A. User Submissions
The Website facilitates the submission of videos by you and other users ("User Submissions") and the hosting and publishing of such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, Video News Live does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions. Video News Live has complete discretion whether to accept or reject your User Submission, or to transfer your User Submission to another portion of the Website.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. You represent and agree that you have the necessary and full rights and permission to use, publish or post these User Submissions and authorize Video News Live to use all copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights in and to any User Submissions. You agree not to upload, post or publish any copyright-infringing videos to the Website which may be protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights. Failure to agree to this condition will result in immediate deletion of the copyright-infringing video and will result in a review of your user account, with the possibility of cancellation.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to Video News Live, you hereby grant Video News Live a worldwide, non-exclusive and transferable license to use, copy, prepare derivative works of (including without limitation, to rename, edit, shorten, split the videos into different segments, and use the entire video or segments as part of compilations) and display. You may notify Video News Live to remove the User Submission from the Website, and Video News Live will do so within a reasonable time period, at which point the foregoing license to Video News Live will terminate.

You understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Video News Live is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Video News Live with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Video News Live, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Website. Video News Live reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice. Video News Live will also terminate a User's access to the Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.
